3	Scientist ‘C’ (Sc C)	M.Sc. Physics or B.E./B.Tech. Or M.E./M.Tech. in material science /solid state physics/ nanotechnology. Desirable : Experience in materials synthesis & microscopy, Knowledge in instrumentation (lab view) for integration of laboratory equipment is a plus. Ph.D. in relevant field. Experience : 04 Yrs. for B.E./B.Tech. 02 Yrs. for M.E./ M. Tech.	01
