1. Develop applications to agreed upon specifications within the required timeframe.

2. Proactively suggest alternative methods or resources for getting routine work done when obstacles arise.

3. Must possess good coding, logical skills with in-depth knowledge of Web Applications.

4. Good understanding of databases (specifically MS SQL Server) particularly designing and optimizing for an application requirement would be useful.

5. Experience in developing Mobile based applications would be extremely desirable.
