Job Description Marketing Executives/Sr. Marketing Executives

Identifying business opportunities within the accounts/named accounts.
Identifying prospective accounts who can be developed as named accounts.
Driving the Revenue/GC in the assigned accounts.
Influencing the various stake holders within the account to give business to Sonata.
Continuous interaction with customers at various levels to find out and understand requirements at early stage.
Help the customer in deciding the right license requirement.
Working with the respective Business Management team to drive and close the sale in the account.
Working with respective principal executives to have a better wining chance in the accounts.
Participating and contributing in Account Planning activities.
Participating and contributing to the lead generation plan activities.
Executing the sales plan in the accounts.
Marinating the required relationship with the assigned accounts and executing the relationship plan designed for the account.
Providing all the required inputs to Managers and Business Management team to work out a win plan.
Spotting and escalating issues with customer to find resolution within time.
Preparing and providing right & timely proposals to the assigned accounts.
Front ending the whole transaction process; from proposal to collection with the assigned accounts.
Exhibiting behaviour during the customer and principal handling processes that is in line with Sonata positioning and values.
Continuous learning and updation of technology, licensing.

Specific Skill:
Excellent understanding of various software products and their licensing policies.
Understanding of assigned accounts organizational structure and decision making hierarchy.
Understanding of Indenting, Ordering and Payment procedure of the account.
Understanding of Sonata's strengths, capability, experience and technology / solution area of focus.
Ability to understand / interpret client's key requirements
Generating Business for IT products from the assigned account / area.

Ability to collaborate well, build up relationships
Ability to understand and learn quickly
Willing to travel (India/Abroad) on need basis.
Experience Required:
Experience 4 - 6 Years in product sales/IT products
Experience in Product Sales is a must
