Job Description
Responsible to customer and management, implementation, pre sales, business process assessment and discovery process.
As a member of the delivery team, this role works closely with the CFO, Customers and Partner Account Managers to provide partners with pre-sales support and to participate and collaborate in sales cases. Furthermore, you will deliver support to with following activities:
Provide deep industry and product expertise to support the CFO (client visits, demonstrations, business cases, conventions).
Preparing and keeping demonstrations to customer; emphasize the business and competitive value of the solution.
Preparing and participating in Discovery Process.
Participate in implementation.
Support CFO by developing and providing (pre-sales) training and marketing material.
Conducting business analysis and process definition workshops;
Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide feedback.
Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology
Familiarity with a variety of the ERP concepts, practices, and procedures of the Microsoft Dynamics eco system is plus.
Education CA, ICWA, MBA in Finance, Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline. Degrees - BE,BTECH,MCA,MBA or equivalent
Mandatory Skills
o 15+ years of Work experience in IT Service Industry
o Minimum 7+ years of AX Pre Sales, AX implementation experience
o Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
o Experience in an internal or external consulting role
o Experience in multiple account management functionalities
o Customer communication and escalation handling
o Pro-active and a problem solver
o Result driven and quality oriented
o Creative, analytical and able to think out of the box
o Work independently and with a team
Desirable Skills
7 + Years Microsoft Dynamics AX Experience
Experience Level (In Years) Total 15 + years with 7 + Years experience in AX 2009/12
Travel involved for the Role (%) 80 %
