Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Investigate issues related to fraud, policy, and quality as it pertains to Our Client s online advertising assets
* Monitor and review ads to ensure compliance with Our Clients Advertising Guidelines
* Grow revenue through reactive and proactive initiatives
* Contribute to machine learning and rules based models through analytical approaches
* Create collateral to educate and inform advertisers and internal teams
* Gather advertiser and sales team feedback to enhance current and future ad products
* Identify trends to increase advertiser satisfaction with the support process
* Develop solutions to optimize team workflows and improve team efficiency
* Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams within Our Client.
