Job Profile
The person will manage specified projects assigned to him. While a good handle on demonstrated project management skills (inclusive of exposure to SDLC and SCRUM, Agile development process and relevant processes with project management certification) is important, acumen to help the business development in pre sales activities is desired. Goal oriented client communication is a desired expectation.

Job Description
1. Managing projects in Microsoft technology for a team size between 30 to 50 people
2. Should be able to manage 6 to 7 projects simultaneously
3. Must have a good experience of handling clients in US as on offshore execution model.
4. Must have proven project execution track record in one of the following areas.
a. Portals and collaboration
b. .Net based projects / product development
c. SQL Server BI / Performance Point Server
5. Proven track record of creating knowledge repository while executing projects
6. Shall be responsible for project profitability.
7. Ability to work on key initiatives identified by organization from time to time.
8. Must support the business development very strongly in order to present strong case to customers.
