Description:
1. Understanding business requirements, task management and contributing in high level designing.
2. Managing SDLC processes.
3. Responsible for client coordination and communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions, responsible for specification building and architecture design.
4. Database design, project planning, documentation & execution of project work plan and revision as appropriate, to meet the changing needs and requirements.
5. Status reporting.
6. Risk management .
7. Metrics management .
8. People management.
9. Managing team development by ensuring that project tasks are in line with each Innovator's career interests.
10. Must have sound technical skills in ASP.NET & VISUAL BASIC
11. Experience in estimation and testing methodologies.
12. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
13. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
14. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
15. Manage project budget.
16. Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
17. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
18. Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
19. Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
20. Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
21. Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor those with less experience through formal channels .
