The JD is as follows

Arcsight L3 + Team Lead

1) 6.5 yrs to 10 years exp in managing security Infra along with expertise in ArcSight and any two of the niche technologies such as DLP, DAM, DRM, PIM and NBAD.

2) Expert ArcSight related works such as

2.1) Complex Configuration Change Mgmt, Fault/trouble shooting, Updates/upgardes, Non-supported devices integration with SIEM tool, Doing all activities of SIEM tool such as Integration, Content creation, Asset Modelling and Reports.

2.2) Articulating security requirments of the devices and applications, Creating use-cases for new devices that will include non-supported applications

2.3) Dashboard creation and customized report (using MS Excel) creation.

3) Shall have L3 skills in managing the above mentioned technologies. These skills includes

3.1) Complex fault management/trouble shooting in minimal possible time,

3.2) ability to provide solns to start the customer IT enviroment (in case of outage) in minimal possible time,

3.3) Understand the customers new requirment and provide solns to meet them

3.4) Ability to do the security gap assesment of the customer Network Arichitecture

3.5) Shall have working knowledge of other technologies such as OS (Windows/Unix), Networking (routers/swicthes), Databases, storage etc. and understands security risks associated with them.

4) Shall have team management and shall have customer facing skills

5) Ability to understand customer business domain and provide security soln accordingly
