Role Responsibilities

Ø Selling the renewals of Dell support within India

Ø Generate reports from Siebel of support renewals due & sending out reminder notices to the customers and making 25 daily calls with customers and partners.

Ø Calculate customers’ annual support renewal fees

Ø Checking and processing support renewal confirmations received from customers

Ø Entering support renewal orders onto Siebel

Ø Liaise with customers and partners by phone and email to discuss support renewals

Ø Answer customer queries relating to support renewals and put them in touch with correct partners & Liaise with Tech Support department relating support issues

Requirements

Ø Proven successful sales record – not necessarily in IT

Ø Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills

Ø Proactive and initiative taking personality

Ø Strong customer-oriented, self sufficient, self driven with a strong drive to succeed

Ø High Energy & Team player

Ø Fluent in English and Hindi

Ø Strong in working on Microsoft Office tools and of user level knowledge on Siebel

Ø Customer service or Call center or Sales background preferably in IT
