Technology Project Exposures: Mobile Technologies

Job Summary:

• To provide execution strategy and directions on delivery processes & client relations across organization
• Accountable for end to end performances of delivery organization 
• Expected to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through effective management of people, multiple accounts and multiple client sites
• Also ensures that the customer relationship is developed and maintained to the highest degree of service through effective utilization of technology and process.
• Act as a single point of contact with the customers and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success with projects completed on time, within budget and to contractual commercial, technical and quality requirements.
• Effectively mitigate project risks and create opportunities for project execution enhancements and cost reductions.
• Oversee the project baseline development and implementation.
• Lead the project teams to effectively execute projects through the use of project routines.
• Coordinate resolution of issues through the use of change management and ensure timely collection of payment.
• Responsible for the determination of work package percent complete and percent committed required for project financial "estimate at completion" forecasting.
• Immediately after project completion, facilitate the quantification and documentation of project performance with both the project team and customer
