Responsibility:
1. Give technical support to our existing and pipe line customer.
2. Will do Software modification in the SET TOP BOX
3. Will to do testing of the SET TOP BOX
4. Will fix a problem if any occur in the functioning of SET TOP BOX or related to this.


Qualification:
1. Over 1-year experience in software working of Set-top-box or related electric appliances;
2. Degree or diploma in Comp. Science, IT, electrical, electronics and communication, similar majors;
3. Capability to do technical services for customer of KINGVON;
4. Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients;
5. Ability to make plans so that fixed problem must not occur again ;
6. Ability to travel around India and adapt to flexible working hours;
7. Willingness to work for at least 2 years.


Other Skills preferred (not required):
1. Have working Exp. In SET TOP BOX manufacturing, repairing or selling.
2. Ability to work with government channels;
3. Fluency in English.
