  • Management of technical support team, day-to-day organization, operations and projects coordination, activity planning and supervision
  • IT Budget preparation and follow-up in collaboration with local (CEO, CFO) and regional CIO stakeholder
  • Monitoring and ensuring security and enforce group standards of all technologies (including, but limited to, web sites, LAN, WAN, Computers) and perimeters
  • Management of Networks (local and wide area), Servers, Storage, Backup, Telephony platform and Desktop systems (hardware, software and maintenance)
  • Management and follow-up of all IT projects (infrastructures, security, ) including specification, documentation, development, quality insurance, deployment, maintenance, support and relationship with providers
  • Conducting user training and induction on security, computer and applications, mobile devices, and telephony
  • Day-to-day operational maintenance and support services , fault reporting/fixing, moves and changes
  • Ensure and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) definition, compliancy and evolution according to business and users needs
  • Day to Day and monthly reporting to local management and regional management. Ensures continuous and appropriate level of information to management and key stakeholders
  • Coordinating and managing external provider and contracts (support, development)
  • 24x7 on call for any case of problems and critical support
  • Contribute to the definition and improvement of processes, strategy and solutions
