Team Lead - SOFTWARE QA

Job Description

Using your strong technical knowledge and team leadership skills to work both as an individual contributor and mentor team members in a high paced test environment.

Job Profile:

• Able to lead, contribute and guide team efforts across the testing team.

• Providing innovative and thoughtful suggestions and approaches to the testing methodology.

• Use of your extensive experience and knowledge of QA testing methodologies to plan out strategies and optimize schedules for on time deliveries

• Motivated to undertake testing efforts as needed with minimal supervision provided. Taking responsibility and ownership of the quality.

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts; Ability to effectively prioritize assignments as well as unplanned issues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of web based application must. Candidate having Knowledge of mobile application or desktop application will be an added advantage.
