To monitor continual improvement in performance of the servers, desktops, laptops and networking.
Implement periodic checklist to monitor the teams performance and IT infrastructure performance.
Ensure 100 % availability of infrastructure and IT equipments to carry out IT operation in 24 X 7 basis.
Co-ordinate with ITIS team to leverage the national IT applications at state level.
Asses the security and risk of the IT installations and take appropriate corrective action.
Review and Monitor SLA with Vendors
Ensure 100 % compliance to national IT policy
To co-ordinate, communicate and resolve operational and other issues
Software Development (ASP.NET & SQL Server) experience as a developer and Project Lead
Follow the SLAs and process set by National team
Update in the form of reports to National team periodically
Have a regular check on daily activities of the team
To keep in touch with all AMC service providers for their SLAs and commitments
New projects like AVLT, GIS, Tele Medicine etc, to be implemented and support operations for maintaining
Schedule preventive maintenance periodically
To be in touch with other states counterparts for exploring any new technology
Coordination with different service providers of telecom, on regular basis
To keep all the IT assets at 100% uptime, at any given point of time
To get commitment from internet service provider for the uptime of 99.5%
To maintain technical team and make them feel responsible for all their deliverables
