• Work independently / through team of developers in J2EE application development.
• Plan and explore the technologies required for the future products and the delivery of business systems solutions and associate technical support services in support of business objectives and ongoing operations. 
• Work with Managers / Architects to Develop the High Level Design.
• Develop the technical & project implementation plans
• Take full ownership of the implementation plan
• Deliver product features as per release schedule and quality expectations
• Be an individual contributor (very hands on) as well as contribute to team deliverables
• Interact with all stakeholders during product demos/evaluations
• Enhance efficiency of dev/test/release process - develop tools, frameworks as required
• Drive technology learning and provide mentorship to your teams
• Participate in the full life-cycle development process from product definition, through design, development, test, release and maintenance
• Research & track developments in the J2EE application segments
