REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years hands-on experience in Systems Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of various applications including Web and Client/Server Application development using Microsoft .NET Framework, C#.NET, ASP.NET, AJAX, .NET Threading
Experience in creating and consuming Web Services / WSDL / XML.
Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON
Experience in Unit Testing frameworks (i.e. NUnit, MS Testing Framework)
Experience with Debugging and memory profiling tools. 
Experience in Object Oriented analysis and design and data modelling experience
Experience in MS Visio to design various UML Diagrams like Sequence Diagram and Case Diagrams.
Experience in writing System Requirement documents.
Experience in documenting unit test cases and ensuring their success. 
Experience in  Source Control (i.e. Clear Case, Subversion)
Experience working in an Agile Development environment (Scrum) 
Serves as a coach and mentor to more junior developers. Delegates tasks as appropriate.
Strong problem solving skills
