Responsibilities 

• Responsible for quality of the product / application release to production
• For the product / application in responsibility:
• Participate in feature development from concept to design to construction
• Evaluate and test new feature developed
• Ownership of the automated functional and behaviour testing
• Build and maintain the testing environment
• Write, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures
• Identify differences between established standards and product / application and suggest modifications to conform to standards
• Build and observe the performance metrics
• Work closely with IT/Ops and participate in creating and maintaining test automation environment

Has vast experience in technical team building and infrastructure setup for IT startups. Has a distinction in providing industry-leading solutions.



Head HR -

Having 15+ years of experience & instrumental in setting up HR functions from the scratch, HR policy formulation, and career development initiatives etc. A strong people"s person, her strengths lie in grooming people for larger responsibilities, developing frameworks and processes, and creating the highest standards of integrity and ethical values.
