Detailed Job Profile with IT Team: 
1. IT Hardware: He will take care of all Hardwares (Systems, Laptop & Printers & their accessories) of IT Department, MIS, and Reports for Hardware, working and non working assets, plan for backup & Troubleshooting of Hardware related issues.
2. IT Softwares: Manage all the softwares like: Operating System, Drivers, Office, Application software, backup plan for these softwares, backup of systems & Servers on time frames, backup of system when a expats leaving & Troubleshooting of Software related issues 
3. ERP Server: Deployment / Installation of ERP Application software at users end, troubleshooting of ERP login issues, Backup of Data Dump on regular basis in External HDD. 
4. Internet Setup & Maintenance: Taking care of each & Every Networking Terms (like: LAN/WAN / MAN, Routers, Switches, Wiring of LAN, WIFI Setup, Firewall, Antenna, Canopy Setup & Maintenance, New wiring & Maintenance etc) & Troubleshooting of Network related issues
5. Tally Server: Installation & Backup of Tally data on regular period. Maintenance of data & Tally ERP Files.
6. Anti- Virus Server: Installations & Troubleshooting of Antivirus Server, Managing the antivirus softwares at users end, scanning of whole ITnetwork with antivirus softwares on regular period & troubleshooting of virus related issues on users desktops.
