Job Description 
Responsible for selling the Product and generating revenue as a Direct Sales activity 
Develop Direct Sales plans and strategies for building, maintaining and managing a robust Direct sales organization
Opportunity management from prospecting to closure
Connecting customers to the organization at all levels
Proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on a continuous basis. 
Assisting partners in the sales process. 
Direct competence - training, hand holding and process. 
Coordination with marketing team to develop and execute lead generation programs in assigned region.
Develop, maintain and improve personal knowledge of the company's products/services and related technologies.

Candidate Description 
Any Graduate with 5 to 6 yrs of IT Direct Sales experience.
Exposure to establishing Direct Sales
Should have sold either Hardware or Software solutions
Should have interacted with end customers
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be number oriented
